Refund & Cancellation of orders should be made within 12 hours upon placing the order. Once your order has been processed, we can no longer cancel and a refund will not be valid as we do not have the facility to cancel or stop the logistics’ operations.
Where is my refund?
A refund will be credited to your original form of payment if your claim is valid. You will receive an email confirmation if the refund has been made -- it may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account, you can contact your issuing bank to verify the transaction.
A.) Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item. and;
B.) Orders placed with the discount code and free shipping will not be eligible for a refund.
C.) Request for refund is not valid for change of minds or dissatisfaction with the products.
D.) Replacements FOR FREE can only be issued if you have received an incorrect or defective item.
