HOW TO SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details. Alternatively, you can find products by clicking on different categories.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, we ship internationally.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Good Question. It’s a multi-step process that is as follows: After checkout and payment, orders are processed and shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse. It takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to process your order and fulfill packaging. After your package leaves our facility, it takes roughly 10-25 BUSINESS DAYS (It also affects CUSTOM clearance) until it’s delivered to your shipping address.

HOW SECURE IT IS TO SHOPPING WITH YOU?

You’re covered – Our store is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. When you checkout via Secure Checkout, you do not expose bank details or card numbers. It’s an added layer of protection for your financial information.

WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS AFTER ORDERING?

You will receive a receipt delivered to your email account. When your order ships, a delivery date is determined from the tracking number. Please expect a confirmation email with your tracking number within 3-5 business days.
